How we measure

We verify critical dimensions on your drawings using calibrated measuring instruments. For tight-tolerance parts, a full dimensional report can be provided on request.

Parts receive anti-rust treatment where needed, foam or partitioned packaging to prevent contact damage, and wooden crates for heavy or large-quantity shipments.

Quality questions

Yes. Dimension reports against your drawing callouts are available on request. Tell us which features are critical when you send drawings.

We perform final inspection before shipment. For critical features we use in-process checks, and sampling or 100% inspection depending on the part and quantity. Let us know your requirements.

CMM inspection is available on request for complex geometries and tight-tolerance features.

If a part is found out of specification, we review the cause and remake the affected parts. We communicate openly rather than shipping questionable parts.
