Information we collect
When you contact Meili Machining or submit a request for quotation, we may collect your name, business email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, project message, process, material, quantity, finish, target delivery date, and the engineering drawings or other files you choose to upload. The form also records the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, page URL, and submission time.
How we use it
We use this information to review manufacturability, prepare and follow up on quotations, communicate about your requirements, plan production or managed partner processes if you place an order, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and understand whether our website and marketing are useful.
Drawings and attachments
RFQ files are sent over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker, checked for permitted file type and size, and then transmitted through Resend to our official quotation mailbox. The website does not place RFQ files in a separate public database or object-storage bucket. Cloudflare and Resend may process transient copies and service logs as needed to provide and secure their services. If a project uses a managed fabrication or secondary-process partner, relevant drawings may later be shared only as needed to quote or perform that work.
Cloudflare and Turnstile
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. The RFQ form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and network signals and the verification token is checked by our server before an RFQ is accepted. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy and security terms.
Email delivery
We use Resend as the transactional email service for website RFQs. Resend processes the submitted form content and attachments solely to transmit the email to our mailbox and may retain operational records according to its service terms.
Analytics and cookies
The website loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. These services may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure page views, traffic sources, quote-button interactions, and successful form delivery. Advertising or analytics parameters such as UTM values and GCLID may be associated with the RFQ for source attribution. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings or applicable consent controls.
Retention
Quotation emails, drawings, and related correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention varies with whether an enquiry becomes an order. Service-provider backups or security logs may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
International transfers
Meili Machining works from Dongguan, China and serves customers internationally. Cloudflare, Resend, Google, our email provider, and managed production partners may process information in other countries. Privacy and data-protection rules in those locations may differ from those in your country.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side field and attachment validation, Turnstile verification, restricted service credentials, and access controls intended to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Email info@meilimachining.com with enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

We may update this policy when our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
