Standard RFQs receive a quote response within 12 hours. Complex parts or multi-process projects may take up to 24 hours after we complete a DFM and tolerance review.

Yes. We machine from 1 piece. Our operation is set up for prototypes, replacement parts, and recurring small-batch production (typically 1 to a few hundred pieces).

General tolerance ±0.1 mm on most features. Down to ±0.005 mm on critical features after drawing review. Tolerance and surface finish requirements should be specified on your drawings.

Yes. Dimension reports are available on request. We also support first article inspection and in-process checks for critical features. CMM inspection is available on request.

We coordinate anodizing, plating, polishing, sandblasting, powder coating, passivation, heat treatment, and laser marking through trusted partners. Parts arrive ready for use.

Yes. NDA is available on request. Your drawings are used only for quotation and manufacturing review, and we do not share customer files with unrelated third parties.
