FAQ

Common questions

Quick answers before you send your drawings.

What is the minimum order quantity for CNC machining?

Orders from 1 piece are accepted. 1 to 500 pieces is our comfortable range for most materials and processes.

What happens before you quote my drawing?

We review drawings before quoting — tolerances, process feasibility, key dimensions, finishing, and packaging requirements — before confirming price and timing.

What materials can Meili Machining work with?

Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, brass and copper, titanium, and engineering plastics. See our materials guide for grades and machinability notes.

How do you check part quality before shipment?

In-house inspection uses a height gauge, optical projector, and roughness tester. Dimension reports are available on request, and external CMM inspection can be arranged through partner inspection services when required.

Where is Meili Machining located, and do you work with overseas customers?

We are based in Dongguan, China, and have machined custom parts for engineering teams worldwide since 2017. An NDA is available on request before you share drawings.

How many CNC machines does Meili Machining operate?

About 23 CNC machines and lathes, supporting milling up to approximately 1000 × 400 mm and turning up to approximately Ø400 × 900 mm.

Do your prices include shipping?

Yes. Quotes include shipping to your address (DAP), so you can compare our price directly with a local supplier's. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.

What happens if parts don't meet my drawing?

We remake them at our cost and pay the shipping both ways. A part is nonconforming when it doesn't meet the requirements on your drawing — dimensions, tolerances, threads, material, or finish. Features without a stated tolerance follow ISO 2768-m. Report it within 30 days of delivery with photos or inspection data, and we'll confirm and arrange the remake.
