Meili Machining is a CNC machining factory in Dongguan, China. Since 2017, we've helped engineers and buyers around the world turn drawings into precise, reliable parts — from a single prototype to recurring small-batch production.

Why we exist

Sourcing custom parts from overseas shouldn't feel like a gamble. We built Meili to give engineers a machining partner that reviews every drawing, communicates clearly in English, and stands behind the dimensions on every part we ship.

Our story

From a small shop to a
practical overseas RFQ partner

Meili started as a small machining shop with a simple idea: take on the complex parts other shops turn down, and deliver them fast. Today we run about 23 CNC milling machines and lathes and support overseas RFQs across automation, industrial equipment, and precision engineering projects.

We operate our own machining floor and manage trusted secondary-process partners for finishing, heat treatment, EDM, and sheet metal support. This gives our customers a single point of contact for complete parts, with quality controlled by our team at every handoff.

Over the years we have machined parts for automation systems, industrial equipment, and demanding engineering applications — building the process discipline that small-batch and custom work depends on.

What overseas buyers usually need from us

Most of our customers are engineers and procurement buyers based outside China. These four things come up in almost every conversation.

Quotation after drawing review — not a generic price list

Send a drawing and we review tolerances, material, and the process route before confirming price. We flag machining risks or DFM issues before cutting starts, not after.

Clear English communication on tolerances, lead time, and any problems

We reply directly in English. If a tolerance is tight, we say so. If lead time shifts, you hear it from us. You have one accountable contact for technical questions.

Small-batch flexibility — prototypes to low-volume recurring orders

We work on single prototypes, replacement parts, and small recurring batches. Minimum quantities are negotiable for most part types.

Inspection and packing confirmation before the shipment leaves our floor

Critical dimensions are checked by our own team. We send packing photos before dispatch. We don't ship and wait to see what you find when the box arrives.

We are a focused factory, not a trading company. The same people who read your drawing are the ones running production and checking parts before they ship.

Drawing review stays close to production

The engineer who reads your drawing sets the machining route. We don't relay drawings between separate departments — the people who review them are the same ones who plan the cut.

The same team follows the machining schedule

Production is tracked daily. If a delay happens, we tell you before the deadline — not after it passes. One contact is responsible for your order from start to finish.

Inspection feedback is confirmed before shipment

Our QC team checks critical dimensions against your drawing callouts. We don't ship parts and hope. If something doesn't pass, we resolve it before the box is sealed.

Finishing and packing are coordinated through one contact

Whether parts go for anodizing, plating, or heat treatment through our partners, one person follows them through each stage to final packing and dispatch.
