Sheet metal is a service we add to your order, not a process we run in our factory. Here is the split, so you know exactly what you are buying.

When it makes sense, and when it doesn't

This service is built for machine builders who need a few sheet metal parts next to their machined parts. For some projects, a dedicated fabricator is the better choice.

FAQ

Sheet metal questions

No. Our factory runs CNC milling and turning. Sheet metal parts are made by partner shops in Dongguan that we work with. We review the drawings, place and follow the order, check the parts when they arrive, and ship them with your machined parts.

We are. Sheet metal parts carry the same remake guarantee as our machined parts: if a part does not meet your drawing, we remake it at our cost and pay the freight both ways. Report it within 30 days of delivery with photos or inspection data. You deal only with us; we handle the partner shop.

Send the drawings and we will take a look. The service works best when sheet metal parts go with machined parts in the same order. For sheet-metal-only projects at volume, a dedicated fabricator is usually the better choice, and we will tell you so.

Our price includes the partner shop's price plus our drawing review, coordination, and incoming inspection. In return you manage one supplier, receive one shipment, and have one company responsible for every part.

The shops we use typically work 0.5 mm to 6 mm sheet, with laser-cut features around ±0.1 mm and bends around ±0.2 mm and ±0.5°. What applies to your part depends on material and geometry, and we confirm it at drawing review.

A STEP model or PDF drawing for each part, plus a DXF or DWG flat pattern if you have one. Mark material and thickness, bend directions, hardware type and location, and finish or RAL color. Send them in the same package as your machined-part drawings.
