How we work

What actually happens between drawing and dispatch.

Drawing review before CNC machining at Meili Machining
Stage 01 · Drawing Review

We review every drawing before we quote.

Before a price is agreed, we check your drawing for tolerances that affect process selection, features that need a second operation, and finish specifications that require coordination. If a drawing has a risk — an ambiguous callout, a feature that may not hold after anodizing — we raise it before cutting starts.

Stage 02 · CNC Machining

Core CNC machining on our own floor.

Core turning and milling are planned on our equipment, including about 10 three-axis machines, about 5 3+2 multi-face centers, and about 8 CNC lathes with an approximate turning range of Ø400 × 900 mm. Any specialist partner route is disclosed and confirmed during quotation.

Stage 03 · Finishing Coordination

Finishing is coordinated — not left to the buyer to arrange.

Anodizing, passivation, plating, heat treatment, and similar processes are arranged through established Dongguan partners. We send the parts, track the schedule, and receive them back before inspection. Finish spec is confirmed from your drawing before production begins — not guessed at delivery.

Stage 04–06 · Inspection, Packing & Dispatch

Parts are checked and packed before they leave the building.

Finished parts are checked in-house with calibrated gauges — height gauges, thread gauges, optical projector. CMM arranged externally on request. Packing is matched to the part: threads protected, surfaces separated. Packing photos sent before dispatch. Inspection reports available on request before production begins.

In-house: calipers  ·  height gauges  ·  thread gauges  ·  optical projector  ·  CMM via external lab on request

Why it matters

Fragmented supply vs. Meili complete part supply.

Fragmented supply
Multiple contacts. Unclear responsibility.

Machining, finishing, and inspection come from different suppliers. When something goes wrong between stages, each party points at the other. The buyer carries the coordination risk and the cost of mistakes made in handoffs they never see.

Your team Finisher Your team
Your team Inspector? Dispatch?
Your team coordinates every handoff. Every delay is your problem to chase. When a part comes back wrong, nobody owns the outcome.
Meili complete part supply
One contact. Drawing to dispatch.

We receive your drawing and return finished, inspected, packed parts. Every stage between those two points is our responsibility. One supplier, one schedule, one point of accountability. If a problem appears at any stage, it is ours to resolve.

Finished parts arrive
You send a drawing. You receive finished, inspected, packed parts. That is the complete transaction.
Scope

What we do in-house vs. what we coordinate

Core CNC machining is planned on our own equipment. Finishing, heat treatment, sheet metal, specialist inspection, and other secondary processes are coordinated through managed partners, with the route confirmed during quotation and tracked through final inspection and packing.

Direct control
In-house CNC control
CNC milling — 3-axis, 3+2 positioning, up to 1000 × 400 × 200 mm
CNC turning — approximately Ø400 × 900 mm
Sheet metal — laser cutting, bending, welding
Dimensional inspection — height gauge, optical projector, thread gauges, roughness tester
Export packing — foam tray, individual wrap, carton, packing photos before dispatch
Drawing review, DFM feedback, English communication throughout
Coordinated control
Coordinated process control
Anodizing — type II clear & colour, hard anodize type III
Zinc, nickel, chrome, electroless nickel plating
Passivation — 304, 316, 316L stainless
Powder coating
Heat treatment — quench & temper, case hardening
Laser marking & engraving
EDM / wirecut
CMM inspection — arranged externally on request

Partner work is tracked and confirmed against your spec before parts return for final inspection and packing.

Meili accountability throughout. Whether a process runs on our floor or through a managed partner, one contact owns the schedule, the spec, and the outcome — drawing to dispatch.
