FAQ

Questions before you send a drawing

A PDF drawing with tolerances, plus a STEP model if you have one. A fully dimensioned 2D drawing is enough: we build the 3D model ourselves. If you only have a 3D model, tell us the material, finish, quantity, and target date; features without a stated tolerance follow ISO 2768-m.

We reply by email within 24 hours and on WhatsApp within 12 hours, either with the quote or with the questions we need answered to quote it correctly.

There is no fixed minimum quantity, but our main work is batches of 20 to 10,000 pieces per part number; prototypes are welcome as the first step toward a batch. Prototype unit cost is higher than batch pricing.

Before we price the part, an engineer checks it for features that add cost or risk, such as deep small-radius corners, threads before coating, or tolerances tighter than the function needs. Those notes come with the quote, so you can change the drawing before you order, not after.

Your files are used only for quotation and manufacturing, and shared with a managed process partner only when your part needs that process. We can sign your NDA before you send drawings.
