Capability

Turned + milled features in one setup

Several of our turning machines run with live tooling, enabling drilling, milling, and tapping on turned parts without re-fixturing. Fewer setups mean better concentricity, fewer stack-up errors, and faster delivery on parts that combine turning with secondary milling features.

FAQ

CNC turning questions

Approximately Ø400 × 900 mm. For specific projects, send drawings and we will confirm whether your part fits our turning envelope.

Yes. Shafts, dowel pins, spacers, bushings, and threaded components are core to our daily production. Metric, UNC, UNF, and NPT threads are routine.

Yes. Several of our turning machines run with live tooling for drilling, cross-holes, flats, keyways, and tapping on turned parts in a single setup — better concentricity and fewer stack-up errors.

Yes. Minimum order is 1 piece. We routinely run small batches from 1 to several hundred pieces.

Yes. Critical diameters, threads, and concentricity are checked with calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and plug gauges. Dimension reports and External CMM inspection can be arranged on request for critical or complex geometry.
