How we measure

We verify critical dimensions on your drawings using calibrated measuring instruments. For tight-tolerance parts, a full dimensional report can be provided on request.

  • Calipers and micrometers
  • Height gauges
  • Plug gauges and thread gauges
  • Surface roughness checking when required
  • External CMM inspection can be arranged on request for critical or complex geometry
What we inspect

Checked before shipment

  • Dimensions against drawing specifications
  • Surface finish and appearance
  • Thread, hole, and fit checks

Parts receive anti-rust treatment where needed, foam or partitioned packaging to prevent contact damage, and wooden crates for heavy or large-quantity shipments.

Boxes are labeled with part numbers and quantities so your receiving team can verify contents on arrival.

FAQ

Quality questions

Yes. Dimension reports against your drawing callouts are available on request. Tell us which features are critical when you send drawings.

We perform final inspection before shipment. For critical features we use in-process checks, and sampling or 100% inspection depending on the part and quantity. Let us know your requirements.

External CMM inspection can be arranged on request through partner inspection services. Meili does not have in-house CMM equipment.

We remake them at our cost and pay the shipping both ways. A part is nonconforming when it doesn't meet the requirements on your drawing; features without a stated tolerance follow ISO 2768-m. Report it within 30 days of delivery with photos or inspection data — we review the cause before remaking so the problem doesn't repeat.
